Solak helps El Paso Chihuahuas secure 8-5 victory over Isotopes on May 27
Former Naperville North High School standout Nicholas Solak's team, the El Paso Chihuahuas, earned an 8-5 win over the Albuquerque Isotopes in a MiLB matchup on Wednesday, May 27, at 8:35 p.m.
The contest was held at Isotopes Park. It was the 14th faceoff between the teams this season, with the Chihuahuas trailing 5-9 in the head-to-head series with the Isotopes.
Solak contributed by going 2-for-5 at the plate, scoring 2 runs, registering 2 RBIs, striking out once and leaving 2 on base.
The Chihuahuas are scheduled to meet the Isotopes again for their next game on Thursday, May 28, at Isotopes Park.
