The El Paso Chihuahuas claimed a 12-7 victory over the Salt Lake Bees in their Minor League Baseball game at 4:05 p.m. on Sunday, May 17. Nicholas Solak, a former Naperville North High School standout, is currently on the Chihuahuas' roster.
The teams met at The Ballpark at America First Square for their sixth matchup of the season, with El Paso trailing 2-4 in the season series against Salt Lake.
Solak recorded 2 hits in 4 at-bats, scored 2 runs, drew 1 walk and left 1 runner stranded.
The Chihuahuas’ next game is set for Tuesday, May 19, at Southwest University Park against the El Paso Chihuahuas.
