29 DuPage County residents in their fifties tested positive for COVID-19 on May 24, according to numbers being reported by the Illinois Department of Public Health.

In total, there have been 1,211 positive cases reported in DuPage County among residents in their fifties, accounting for 17.2 percent of all cases in the county. Through May 24, DuPage County has reported a total of 7,060 confirmed cases of the coronavirus, 340 of which have ended with the victim's death.
