Heather Brown, the candidate for Illinois' Sixth Congressional District, expressed her concerns about the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA). She stated, "The Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act not only allows spying on foreign entities but also on Americans." Brown, who is set to compete against incumbent Democrat Sean Casten in the general election, further claimed that this act demonstrates "the big government overreach" supported by her opponent.
