We have a new COVID-19 dashboard that provides a summary of 2021-22 information regarding the number of positive COVID-19 cases (students and staff) reported to Glenbard District 87; number of individuals quarantined per Illinois Department of Public Health guidelines; SHIELD testing data once available; and case rate per 100,000 and positivity rate per the IDPH.
On July 15, I shared with you our framework for the 2021-22 school year and noted that this is a fluid situation. We continue to monitor new information from local, state and federal health agencies, and soon we will inform you of any changes for the new school year. Our motivation continues to be safety and keeping schools open for in-person learning.
