The St. Charles 708 Community Mental Health Board said it will consider requests for funding for the 2016-2017 fiscal year during its annual meeting at 6 p.m. Feb. 25 in the St. Charles City Council Chambers, second floor of the Municipal Center, 2 E. Main St.
