Accept Public Works and Infrastructure Committee recommendation and pass resolution R2022-14, approving a contract with Engineering Enterprises, Inc. for the Central 2 Basin Infiltration and Inflow Investigation in an amount of $55,504, and authorizing the City Administrator to execute the proposal
