The Wheaton-based committee with the largest total in unpaid fines was Friends for Education, which owes a total of $1,145.
The largest fine that Friends for Education has yet to pay was imposed on Sept. 11, 2013, for a late A-1 report. The amount of this fine alone is $1,000.
