How did Val Montgomery spend campaign funds in the third quarter?

Democratic Val Montgomery's election campaign committee, Val Montgomery for Illinois, spent $2,867 in the third quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Montgomery's committee spent the most on computer software in the quarter, with all those payments ($750) going to Democratic Majority in Springfield. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Montgomery's committee spent its money in the third quarter.
