F. DT-P-0059-17 Recommendation for the approval of a contract purchase order to Patten Industries, Inc., to furnish and deliver one (1) 2017 926M Small Wheel Loader for the Division of Transportation, for a contract total not to exceed $158,070.00; per National IPA cooperative agreement pricing, in compliance with 30 ILCS 525/2 "Governmental Joint Purchasing Act"
G. FM-P-0061-17 Recommendation for the approval of a contract purchase order to Wight Construction Services, Inc., to provide Professional Construction Management services under a Construction Manager at Risk/Guaranteed Maximum Price method of delivery, for the DU-COMM relocation project and various campus improvements, for Facilities Management, for the period through March 31, 2019, for a total contract amount not to exceed $15,790,004.00, Professional Services in compliance with the Illinois Local Government Professional Services Selection Act, 50 ILCS 510/ et. seq. vetted through a qualification based selection process (Architects, Engineers and Land Surveyors). H. Action Item -- DT-P-0463A-15 – Amendment to Resolution DT-P-0463-15, issued to Superior Asphalt Materials, LLC, to furnish and deliver UPM Cold Patch, as needed for the Division of Transportation, to increase the funding in the amount of $10,000.00, resulting in an amended contract total amount of $80,000.00, an increase of 14.29%
I. Action Item -- DT-0031B-06 – Amendment to Resolution DT-0031A-06, Intergovernmental Agreement between the County of DuPage and the County of Kane, for the realignment and improvement of Illinois Route 25, CH 29/Stearns Road and Dunham Road, Section 98-00285-01-ES, to decrease the funding in the amount of $342,904.02, resulting in a final County cost of $1,801,549.98, a decrease of 15.99%
J. Action Item -- DT-R-0010A-17 – Amendment to Resolution DT-R-0010-17, Additions to DuPage County Highway System to include section from Mittel Drive to Wood Dale Road as part of CH 60/North Thorndale Avenue
