County Board Chairman Cronin presents 2016 budget

DuPage County Board Chairman Dan Cronin presented his 2016 budget proposal that reduces spending and holds the line on property taxes on Tuesday. The proposed spending plan amounts to $443.8 million, which is $5.7 million less than last year's budget.
