Naperville, Illinois crews will replace an older water main and improve the water utility at the intersection of Ogden Avenue and Columbia Street, resulting in lane reductions and increased traffic times starting on Tuesday.
The city indicated it will maintain at least one through lane in each direction on Ogden Avenue and at least one access to all commercial entrances for the duration of the project. Also, Columbia Street south of Ogden Avenue will remain open to traffic Monday through Friday to help reduce traffic issues.
A portion of Columbia Street north of Ogden Avenue will be closed for the duration of the project to allow for extensive underground work, and to provide a staging area for material and equipment.
