Estevan Moreno, a former Montini Catholic High School standout, appeared in a MiLB game July 2
On Thursday, July 2, at 9:35 p.m., the Inland Empire 66ers, the current team of former Montini Catholic High School standout Estevan Moreno, lost 14-9 to the Visalia Rawhide in a MiLB game.
The game was played at San Manuel Stadium. It was the ninth meeting between the teams this season, with the 66ers trailing 4-5 in the season series against the Rawhide.
Moreno went hitless in three at-bats, drew one walk, struck out twice and left one runner on base.
The 66ers’ next game is scheduled for Friday, July 3, at San Manuel Stadium against the Inland Empire 66ers.
