Willowbrook High School standout Taris Thornton’s collegiate team lost game in NCAA Division I Basketball Championship Tournament on Friday, March 21

On Friday, March 21, former Willowbrook High School standout Taris Thornton’s current collegiate team the Tennessee Tech Golden Eagles lost 108-48 against the South Carolina Gamecocks in the NCAA Division I Basketball Championship Tournament.

Hosted in Colonial Life Arena, this was the first game against the South Carolina Gamecocks during the championship.

Taris Thornton’s hometown is Chicago and game position is forward.
