The Illinois Wesleyan University women's volleyball team has reached a new milestone in its program history, moving up to No. 3 in the latest American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) Poll. The Titans, who have a record of 24-2, advanced one spot after finishing their regular season with a win over Augustana College on November 5.

East Texas Baptist now holds the top position as the only undefeated team remaining, while LaVerne is ranked second. UW-Oshkosh climbed to fourth place after defeating UW-Eau Claire, which is now fifth in the poll.

Illinois Wesleyan enters the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin (CCIW) Tournament as the top seed. The Titans are set to play against either No. 4 Wheaton or No. 5 Carroll in the CCIW Semifinals on Thursday, November 13. The match will take place at 7 p.m. at the Shirk Center, with a place in Saturday's CCIW Tournament Championship at stake.
