Two athletes from the College Conference of Wisconsin and Illinois (CCIW) have been named to the 2025–26 D3hoops.com Preseason All-America Team. Illinois Wesleyan’s Ava Bardic was selected for the Second Team, while Carroll’s Natalie Gricius earned a spot on the Third Team.

Ava Bardic, who was previously recognized as a First Team All-CCIW player, started all 30 games for Illinois Wesleyan last season. She averaged 15 points per game, matching the team-high mark. Bardic made 46.2 percent of her field goal attempts and converted 35.5 percent of her three-point shots. Her total of 60 three-pointers ranked second on her team. In addition to scoring, Bardic contributed defensively with 71 steals—second most on the squad—and led in blocked shots with 16 rejections. She also recorded 73 assists and collected 84 rebounds.

Natalie Gricius started every game for Carroll last season, averaging 18.2 points and 6.1 rebounds per contest while shooting over 50 percent from the field and making 35 percent of her three-point attempts. Gricius received several honors last year, including WBCA All-America Honorable Mention, D3hoops.com All-Region Second Team, and unanimous First-Team All-CCIW recognition.
