FOIA Request to Village of Oak Brook Office of Village President regarding emails sent by the mayor or president on June 18, 2025.
The DuPage Policy Journal has submitted a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request to the Village of Oak Brook Office of Village President. The request seeks access to all emails sent by the mayor or president over the last 30 days. This request is made under the Illinois Freedom of Information Act, 5 ILCS 140, with a preference for receiving the records in electronic format.
The purpose of this request is to gather information necessary for news reporting and public accountability.
