On March 19, 2025, Congressman Foster expressed his concerns regarding federal funding for local infrastructure projects in Illinois. He stated: "It was great to catch up with the DuPage Co. mayors & discuss the importance of strengthening our local infrastructure. Infrastructure projects around IL depend on funding Trump is unlawfully trying to cut. I'll continue fighting to ensure our communities get the federal funds…" This tweet underscores his commitment to securing necessary resources for local development initiatives.

In a subsequent post on March 20, 2025, Foster commented on a recent executive order by former President Trump concerning the Department of Education. He succinctly noted: "My statement on Trump's executive order to dismantle the Department of Education:" indicating his stance against this administrative action.

On March 21, 2025, Congressman Foster invited constituents to an event honoring Vietnam War veterans scheduled for March 30. His announcement read: "Join me on March 30 to honor the brave men and women who served in the Vietnam War! During the ceremony, Vietnam veterans and surviving spouses will be honored with a special lapel pin commemorating their service." The invitation highlights his dedication to recognizing military service members' contributions.
