Members of State Representative Jennifer Sanalitro’s (R-Hanover Park) team participated in a check presentation for the City of Wood Dale, which has been awarded grant funds for the Addison Road Water Main Replacement Project. This critical infrastructure project, scheduled for Fiscal Year 2025, will enhance the reliability of Wood Dale’s water system, significantly reduce the need for unexpected repairs, and ensure the availability of safe drinking water for all residents.

Members of Representative Sanalitro’s team attended the check presentation ceremony on her behalf, which took place on July 17, 2024. The awarded funds will support the replacement of outdated water mains along Addison Road, therefore improving the city’s water infrastructure.

“The Addison Road Water Main Replacement Project is a crucial investment in our community’s future,” said Rep. Sanalitro. “Ensuring the reliability and safety of the water distribution system is necessary to bring long-term benefits for Wood Dale residents. I am grateful for the grant funding that makes this essential work possible.”

Rep. Sanalitro remains committed to advocating for initiatives that enhance public safety and improve the quality of life for her constituents.
