DuPage County Zoning Board of Appeals will meet May 15

Here is the agenda provided by the board:

CASE TOWNSHIP STATUS  

ZONING-24-000021 Komlo York Variation to reduce the interior side setback from 10’ to approximately 4’ for a new detached garage. 

ZONING-24-000023 Griese Winfield 1. Variation to allow a boat on trailer (24' x 8' Recreational Vehicle) in front of the front wall. 

2. Variation to reduce the front yard setback from required 30' to approximately 5' to park a boat on trailer (24'x8' Recreational Vehicle). 

ZONING-24-000024 Rektorski Lisle 1. Variation to allow a 6'/100% closed (privacy) fence within the 10' corner side yard setback.  

2. Variation to allow a 6’/100%closed (privacy fence within the 30’  front yard setback.  

ZONING-24-000026 K&D ELITE, LLC. Bloomingdale Variation to reduce the interior side  setback from required 10' to approximately 1' to build a detached garage.
