CAROL STREAM, IL - Representative Jennifer Sanalitro has announced the winner of her Constituent of the Month program for January 2024. Frank Parisi, a longtime resident of Carol Stream, has been recognized for his dedication and contributions to the community.

He played a crucial role in founding the Carol Stream Parks Foundation, an initiative that provides financial support to the Carol Stream Park District. One of the foundation's significant contributions is the Youth Scholarship Fund, which has helped residents overcome financial barriers.
