The DuPage #LovePurse Drive is calling on the community to join in making a difference. This initiative aims to support women in need and survivors of domestic abuse by collecting new purses filled with personal care items and uplifting notes of encouragement.

Throughout the month of October, drop-off locations have been set up to accept donations. One of these locations is Mine + State Senator Seth Lewis' District Office in Carol Stream. Senator John Curran's District Office is also participating in the drive, along with many other locations as mentioned in the flyer.

The organizers have provided a list of items to include in the purse donation. These items include feminine hygiene products, deodorant, soap, lotion, hand sanitizer, toothbrush, toothpaste, mouthwash (non-alcoholic), shower slippers, face cloth, compact mirror, and more. Every purse donated can brighten another woman's day and make a positive impact on her life.

Representative Sanalitro, one of the key organizers, emphasizes the importance of community support.
