9. Reports and Recommendations of Appointed and Elected Officials
- Mayor Levin - The Mayor announced that Elmhurst was named Tree City USA from the Arbor Day Foundation
- City Manager Grabowski - City Manager announced the strategic plan was approved tonight and staff will send updates to council as it progresses. Vehicle stickers must be placed on all vehicles by May 1st. Spring Clean up days are listed on the city website. Prescription drop off is Saturday 4/22 at the police station from 10am-2pm.
