DuPage County Stormwater Management Committee Planning Committee met Sept. 6.

Here are the minutes provided by the committee:

1. CALL TO ORDER

7:30 AM meeting was called to order by Warrenville Mayor (6) David Brummel at 7:30 AM.

2. ROLL CALL

PRESENT: Brummel, Deacon Garcia, DeSart, Eckhoff (7:32 AM), Pojack, Pulice, Tornatore, Yusuf, Zay (Remote)

ABSENT: Hinterlong, Krajewski, Nero

Vice Chairman Brummel requested the Committee allow Chairman Zay to attend and vote remotely via Zoom. The motion was made by Member Tornatore and seconded by Member Garcia. The motion passed with all ayes on a voice vote. Information Technology had difficulty with the in-room audio causing in-person attendees to be unable to hear Chairman Zay for the duration of the meeting.

The contract covers the period September 6, 2022 through November 30, 2023 for a contract total not to exceed $24,800. Professional Services in compliance with the Illinois Local Government Professional Services Selection Act, 50 ILCS 510/ et. seq. vetted through a qualification based selection process (Architects, Engineers and Land Surveyors).

The motion was to approve item G as presented. The motion passed with all ayes on a voice vote.
