7:30 AM meeting was called to order by Chair Ashley Selmon at 7:30 AM.

Kevin Vaske was present as a representative for Candice Adams, Clerk of the Circuit Court. Conor McCarthy was present as a representative for Bob Berlin, State's Attorney. Anthony Manzzullo was present as a representative for Kathleen Carrier, County Recorder. Jason Snow was present as a representative for James Mendrick, County Sheriff.

TE-P-0162-22 Recommendation for the approval of a contract purchase order to AT&T, to provide a Distributed Antenna System (DAS) for the lower level of the 503 Building, for Information Technology. This contract covers the period of May 15, 2022 through November 30, 2022, for a contract total amount of $82,000. Exempt from bidding per 55 ILCS 5/5-1022 "Competitive Bids" (c) not suitable for competitive bids - Sole Source. (ARPA Item)
Mr. Manzzullo asked if AT&T was the vendor that was used to do the previous installs to which Anthony McPhearson, CIO, responded yes. Mr. Manzzullo then asked if we know what the third-party provided items are in this contract. Wendi Wagner, Deputy CIO, said it would be the equipment that AT&T sources through third parties, such as the antennas. Member Rutledge then asked if we rent those. Ms. Wagner said no, we purchase that equipment.
