B. HHS-R-0262-22 RESOLUTION -- Recommendation for approval of an Internship Affiliation Agreement between the County of DuPage and Chamberlain University for the Establishment of a Learning Site at the DuPage Care Center.

C. HHS-P-0195-22 Recommendation for the approval of a County contract to Benevate, Inc. dba Neighborly Software, to support the grant application and management process within the Community Development division. This contract covers the period of July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023, the first option of three one-year renewals, for a contract total amount of $45,000, per RFP #21-011-CD.

D. HHS-P-0196-22 Recommendation for the approval of a contract to Warehouse Direct, Inc., for hand soap and personal care items for the DuPage Care Center, for a two-year period, June 29, 2022 through June 28, 2024, for a contract total amount not to exceed $68,813.54, per bid #22-047-DCC.

E. Change Order -- HHS-P-0109A-21 - Amendment to Resolution HHS-P-0109-21, issued to Sysco Chicago, Inc., for primary food supplies and chemicals, for the DuPage Care Center Dining Services, JTK Administration Building and Judicial Office Facility Campus Cafes, to extend contract 5257-0001 SERV through November 30, 2022 and to increase encumbrance in the amount of $501,500, resulting in an amended contract total amount not to exceed $1,615,136, a 45.03% increase. F. Authorization for Overnight Travel -- Finance Accountant to attend PY2023 Energy Assistance Policy and Procedures Workshop for the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program/Percentage of Income Payment Plan (LIHEAP/PIPP) Training in Springfield, Illinois from August 15, 2022 through August 16, 2022.
