Chief Judge Announces New Associate Judge

Chief Judge Kenneth L. Popejoy is pleased to announce that following a tabulation of ballots by the Administrative Office of Illinois Courts, the Circuit Judges of the 18th Judicial Circuit Court, DuPage County, Illinois have appointed Jennifer L. Martyn to the position of Associate Judge.

Ms. Martyn fills the vacancy that arises from the retirement of Associate Judge Brian J. Diamond. 

Jennifer L. Martyn, J.D.- The John Marshall Law School, Chicago, IL (1996), admitted to the practice of law in Illinois, 1996. Ms. Martyn is a Partner at Puchalski & Martyn in Wheaton, IL (2012–present). Prior to that, she was an Associate with Kuhn, Mitchell, Moss, Mork & Lechowicz (2003–2012), an Associate with Elizabeth L. Krueger, PC (1999-2003) and an Associate with Best, Mangan, Langhenry, Gillen & Lundquist (1996–1999). Ms. Martyn is an active member of the DuPage County Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, the Bohemian Lawyers Association, and former President of the Illinois Guardianship Association.
