Miniature Therapy Horse Visit

Randy Walker returns for another fun afternoon with this Bartlett Public Library Zoom program. Artist Reception at Village Hall Gallery

Arts in Bartlett presents a new exhibit “Hundred Year Blossoms” by painter, centenarian artist Helen Frank, from September 8 to October 29, at the Bartlett Village Hall 2nd floor gallery. The Village Hall exhibit is free and open to the public during regular Village Hall hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Saturday, 9 a.m. to noon. North Avenue Walking Tour
Wednesday, 9/22 at 10 a.m., starts at the Bartlett Park Log Cabin, 102 N. Eastern Ave, Bartlett
North Avenue was once the village’s northern border. The avenue is home to Bartlett’s first school and park, oldest house of worship, Bartlett Cemetery and more. Come take a walk and discover what makes this avenue an important part of the community’s history.
This one-and-a-half hour walk is limited to six participants. It will begin at 10 a.m. at the log cabin in Bartlett Park and end at the cemetery. To register for this free event, email Pam, prohleder@bartlettil.gov , with the number in your group and your phone number. All walks will follow current CDC guidance regarding face masks & social distancing.
Bingo Night
Wednesday, 9/22 from 6 to 7:15 p.m., Bartlett Community Center, 700 S. Bartlett Road
Enjoy a night out of the house that is affordable, fun, family-oriented and includes BINGO. Open to ages 3 through adult. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Winners must be 18 years or older to claim prizes. Prizes include various items, passes and gift cards. Pre-registration is not required. Each card is $1.
History of the Band Chicago

Formed in Chicago in 1967, the band produced a steady stream of hits throughout the 1970s and 1980s. In fact, Chicago has sold more than 100,000,000 albums. Using performance and interview clips, this Bartlett Public Library program will trace the arc of the band's career from their early rock 'n' roll success.
