Du Page County Stormwater Management Committee Met Aug. 3.

Here is the minutes provided by the committee:

1. CALL TO ORDER

7:30 AM meeting was called to order by Chair James Zay at 7:30 AM.

2. ROLL CALL

PRESENT: Brummel, Deacon Garcia, DeSart, Eckhoff, Krajewski, Nero (Remote), Pojack, Pulice, Tornatore, Yusuf (Remote), Zay

ABSENT:

Members Nero and Yusuf attended remotely. With leave of the committee both members were allowed to vote during the meeting. Member DeSart made a motion and Member Garcia seconded for Member Nero to be permitted to vote. Member Garcia made a motion and Member DeSart seconded for Member Yusuf to be permitted to vote.

Member Rutledge was in attendance for the meeting.

3. PUBLIC COMMENT - PUBLIC COMMENT IS LIMITED TO THREE MINUTES PER PERSON

A. SM-R-0352-21 RESOLUTION -- Recommendation for approval to grant authority to the Stormwater Management Department, to provide limited services on privately owned drainage systems and structures.

PW-R-0355-21 RESOLUTION -- DuPage River Salt Creek Workgroup Membership Dues for 2021-2022 are in the amount of $279,825, to be cost shared in the amount of $34,147.68 to be paid by Stormwater Management and $245,677.32 to be paid by Public Works. Public Works dues include a special condition fee for NPDES permits per IEPA/EPA.
