a) SECOND READING OF AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE CIVILIAN REVIEW BOARD
At their meeting on December 7th, the Finance & Policy Committee reviewed this Ordinance, which approves the Rules and Regulations of the Civilian Review Board. The Committee recommended approval and first reading was given at the December 7th Village Board meeting. Second reading is requested.

b) FIRST READING OF AN ORDINANCE AMENDING A SPECIAL USE PERMIT FOR OUTDOOR DINING WITH LIQUOR SERVICE AND GRANTING A VARIATION FOR SHOELESS JOE’S ALE HOUSE AND GRILLE LOCATED AT 1480 W. LAKE STREET
At their meeting earlier this evening, the Finance & Policy Committee reviewed this Ordinance, which amends a Special Use Permit for outdoor dining with liquor service and grants a variation for Shoeless Joe’s Ale House and Grille located at 1480 W. Lake Street. The Committee recommended approval and first reading is requested.

c) CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT AND MUTUAL RELEASE BETWEEN THE VILLAGE OF ADDISON, LUCILLE ZUCCHERO, CONNELLY ELECTRIC CO., CARLSON BROS., INC. AND BERKSHIRE HATHAWAY SPECIALTY INSURANCE COMPANY
At their meeting earlier this evening, the Finance & Policy Committee reviewed this Resolution, which approves a Settlement Agreement and Mutual Release between the Village of Addison, Lucille Zucchero, Connelly Electric Co., Carlson Bros. Inc. and Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance Company. The Committee recommended approval and the Attorney is asked to read the Resolution.

d) CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE DUPAGE COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE AND THE VILLAGE OF ADDISON REGARDING POLICE DEPARTMENT DISPATCH SERVICES
At their meeting earlier this evening, the Finance & Policy Committee reviewed this Resolution, which approves an Intergovernmental Agreement between the DuPage County Sheriff’s Office and the Village of Addison regarding Police Department dispatch services. The Committee recommended approval and the Attorney is asked to read the Resolution.
