Recommended Motion: I move to approve Ordinance No. 2020-22: AN ORDINANCE GRANTING THE APPROVAL OF A PLAT OF SUBDIVISION; (INDIAN LAKES) and to waive the reading thereof and second consideration.

2. Discussion of Bloomingdale Court Special Outdoor Events

FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION

1. Approval of Ordinance establishing Local Adjudication Program

Recommended Motion: I move to approve Ordinance No. 2020-23: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 1 OF THE VILLAGE OF BLOOMINGDALE CODE OF ORDINANCE; ADMINISTRATIVE ADJUDICATION and to waive the reading thereof and second consideration.

2. Purchase Approval in Excess of $20,000 – School District #13 Per Capita Tuition Cost Payment

Recommended Motion: I move to approve the Purchase Order in the amount of $55,020.20 to Bloomingdale School District #13 representing the per capita tuition cost payment related to the 2019/20 school year.

3. Warrant #2 for the Month of September, 2020 - $2,288,794.87

Recommended Motion: I move to approve Warrant #2 for the month of September, 2020 in the amount of $2,288,794.87, as presented.
