200069 Humane Animal Ordinance Discussion
Based on the resident feedback at the December 5, 2019 Board of Trustees meeting, staff is bringing the subject of a Humane Animal Ordinance back to the Economic and Community Development Committee (ECDC). The speakers expressed concerns about the retail sale of animals in Lombard that may have been from facilities that are otherwise deemed inhumane.
