Analysis: Lisle pays $3.46 for every $1 pensioners contribute to Lisle Police Pension Fund

Taxpayers contributed 76.9 percent of the $1,790,653 the Lisle Police Pension Fund brought in 2018, or $3.46 for every $1 from pension members, according to a DuPage Policy Journal analysis of the latest data reported to the Illinois Department of Insurance Pension Division.

In all, Lisle contributed $1,377,491 to the fund, which saw a $235,075 increase in revenue over 2017. Members contributed $397,032, or 22.2 percent, in 2018. Another $16,130 came from other unspecified sources.
