Du Page County Ad-Hoc Collective Bargaining Committee met April 7.

1. CALL TO ORDER
9:00 AM meeting was called to order by Chair Donald Puchalski at 9:09 AM.
2. ROLL CALL
PRESENT: DiCianni, Eckhoff (Remote 9:10 AM), Puchalski, Renehan (Remote), Zay (Remote) ABSENT: Covert
3. CHAIRMAN'S REMARKS
Chairman Puchalski thanked everyone for being in attendance today. He stated that all other committee meetings have been cancelled including Transportation, which he also chairs. However, the decision was made to go forward with this meeting being that the County Board attorney for negotiations, David Miller, would be calling in with contract negotiation issues that affect some of our key employees on the front line at the Care Center. He went on to say that this is the public portion of the meeting, and after determining if there is any public comment, the committee would move into executive session.

I'd like to thank the Committee for allowing members of the public to call in to join the teleconference. The COVID-19 pandemic has forced all of us to think of ways we can work remotely, and I applaud the County's efforts to ensure that all public meetings remain open and transparent to the public.
