10’ from side property line (approximately 7’)
where shed has existed for 5 years.
Z19-089 Cook Milton Variation to increase the square footage of a
principal building (home) from 3,860 sq. ft to
approximately 4, 247 sq. ft.
Z19-090 Bartsch Bloomingdale 1. Variation to reduce lot size from required
40,000 sq. ft. to 34,590 sq. ft. for Lot 1 and
