A specially scheduled Board of Education Meeting was held at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 17, 2019, at the District Administrative Center at 7925 Janes Avenue, Woodridge, IL.
CALL TO ORDER – President Gustis called the meeting to order at 6:08 p.m.
ROLL CALL OF MEMBERS:
Present:Mr. Vanorny, Mr. Ruggio, Mrs. Duffek, Mr. Coley, Dr. Molina de Mesa, Mr. Toohey, Mr. Gustis
Absent: None
Also Present: Dr. Broncato, Dee Molinare of IASB
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was led by the Board President.
CLOSED SESSION
Mr. Gustis moved and Mrs. Duffek seconded the motion that the Board of Education recess to Closed Session for the purpose of conducting a Board Self Evaluation with a representative of the IASB, a statewide association of which the Board is a member.
Motion Carried by roll call vote at 6:09 p.m.:
Ayes: Mr. Vanorny, Mr. Ruggio, Mrs. Duffek, Mr. Coley, Dr. Molina de Mesa, Mr. Toohey, Mr. Gustis

Regular Meeting convened at 8:31 p.m.

Mrs. Duffek moved and Mr. Toohey seconded the motion the meeting be adjourned.
