York Center home prices fall in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in York Center fell by $8,250 while total sales increased by 7.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 43 homes sold, with a median sale price of $150,000 - a 5.2% decrease over the $158,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 40 homes sold in York Center in the first half of 2018.
