Naperville Liquor Commission schedules July 9 meeting and outlines public comment procedures
The City of Naperville Liquor Commission will hold its next meeting at 3 p.m. on July 9 in the Council Chambers at the Naperville Municipal Center, 400 S. Eagle St.
According to an email from the City of Naperville, individuals unable to attend the meeting in person may submit a written comment or position statement through the boards and commissions online comment form. Submissions must be received at least 24 hours before the start of the meeting. "All written comments and names of those who submit position statements by the deadline will be shared with board members ahead of the meeting and posted to the City’s meeting management system on the City’s website on the day of the meeting. Written comments will not be read aloud during the meeting. Submissions received after the deadline will not be shared or posted," the city said.
The city also advises that upon submission of the online registration form, participants should ensure they receive an on-screen confirmation message. If no confirmation is received, or if there are other questions, individuals are encouraged to contact the Community Services Department by calling (630) 305-5300. For those requiring accommodations to participate in the meeting, the city requests that they contact the Community Services Department by 5 p.m. the day before the meeting.
