Naperville Riverwalk Commission meeting scheduled for July 8 with public comment options
The City of Naperville has announced that the next Riverwalk Commission meeting will be held at 8:15 a.m. on July 8 in Meeting Room C at 400 S. Eagle St.
Residents who are unable to attend the meeting in person may submit written comments or position statements through the boards and commissions online comment form. Submissions must be received at least 24 hours before the meeting begins. According to the City of Naperville, "All written comments and names of those who submit position statements by the deadline will be shared with board members ahead of the meeting and posted to the City’s meeting management system on the City’s website on the day of the meeting. Written comments will not be read aloud during the meeting. Submissions received after the deadline will not be shared or posted."
The city advises individuals to ensure they receive an on-screen confirmation message upon submitting the online registration form. If confirmation is not received or if there are questions, the Community Services Department can be contacted at (630) 305-5300. Building access for the meeting will be available through the main entrance by the fountain, with doors opening at 8 a.m. Attendees are asked to inform the security guard of their purpose for entry. Anyone requiring accommodations to participate should also contact the Community Services Department.
