5.1.1. Employment—Dr. Diane Janka, Butler Junior High School Psychologist, at a salary of $81,000.00 for the 2019-2020 School Year

5.1.2. Employment—Ms. Kristen Miller, Butler Junior High School Reading Specialist, at a salary of $63,000.00 for the 2019-2020 School Year

5.1.3 Employment—Ms. Catherine Myers, Butler Junior High School ELA Reading and Writing Teacher, at a salary of $68,500.00 for the 2019-2020 School Year

5.1.4. Employment—Ms. Sandra Wittrock, Administrative Assistant to the Superintendent and Board Recording Secretary, at a salary of $55,000.00, prorated for the 2019-2020 School Year

5.1.5. Approval of 2020 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD 4WD Crew Cab School District Truck with Snow Plow at a net cost of $26,344.20

5.1.6. Approve quote with Dell for the purchase of 20 teacher laptop computers at a total cost of $20,240.00

5.1.7. Approval of BoardDocs proposal, in the amount of $6,000.00 for the 2019-2020 School Year

6. CLOSED SESSION

Closed Session according to 5ILCS120/2(c) 1 for “The appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the public body, including hearing testimony on a complaint lodged against an employee to determine its validity,” and 11 “Litigation, when an action against, affecting or on behalf of the particular public body has been filed and is pending before a court or administrative tribunal, or when the public body finds that an action is probable or imminent, in which case the basis for the finding shall be recorded and entered into the minutes of the closed meeting.”

Motion: Move into closed session.
