How did Jeff Mackay spend campaign funds in the first quarter?

Republican Jeff Mackay's election campaign committee, Committee to Elect Jeff Mackay Circuit Court Judge, spent $13,618 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Mackay's committee spent the most on mailing in the quarter, with all those payments ($8,330) going to WIN Marketing in Addison. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Mackay's committee spent its money in the first quarter.
