How did Laura Ellman spend campaign funds in the first quarter?

Democratic Laura Ellman's election campaign committee, Ellman for IL Senate D21, spent $9,418 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Ellman's committee spent the most on consulting in the quarter, with all those payments ($6,500) going to Jumpstart Progress in Chicago. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Ellman's committee spent its money in the first quarter.
