How did Grant Wehrli spend campaign funds in the fourth quarter?

Republican Grant Wehrli's election campaign committee, Citizens to Elect Grant Wehrli, spent $4,321 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Wehrli's committee spent the most on digital media hardware in the quarter, with all those payments ($1,050) going to Best Buy in Aurora. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Wehrli's committee spent its money in the fourth quarter.
