How did Thomas Cullerton spend campaign funds in the fourth quarter?

Democratic Thomas Cullerton's election campaign committee, Friends of Tom Cullerton, spent $1,676,473 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Cullerton's committee spent the most on media in the quarter, with all those payments ($1,439,925) going to Snyder Pickerill Media Group in Chicago. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Cullerton's committee spent its money in the fourth quarter.
