Report: Community Unit School District 200 spent $13,280 per student in 2017-18

Spending per pupil at Community Unit School District 200 is up 8.8 percent from five years ago, according to a DuPage Policy Journal analysis of district finances.

The Illinois State Board of Education 2017-18 report card shows the Dupage County school district spent $12,205 per pupil in 2013-14. It spent $13,280 in 2017-18.

The district saw its enrollment fall over the same period, from 13091 to 12809.

Community Unit School District 200's spending in 2017-18 was 0.4 percent lower than the state average of $13,337.
