FM-P-0322-18 Recommendation for the approval of a contract purchase order to Farnsworth Group, Inc., for Professional Engineering Services, for Phase II of the Water Efficiency Study, and for On-Call Professional Engineering Services, as needed, for Facilities Management, for the period through November 30, 2019 for a contract total amount not to exceed $44,140. Change Order -- PW-P-0372A-17 - Amendment to Resolution PW-P-0372-17, issued to Joseph J Henderson & Son Inc. to provide biological phosphorus removal at the Knollwood Wastewater Facility, for Public Works, to increase contract 2774 SERV in the amount of $14,876.74, taking the original contract amount of $2,477,000.00, resulting in a new contract total amount of $2,491,876.74, an increase of 0.60%.
