Authorization for Overnight Travel -- Authorization to Travel-OHSEM Supervisor to travel to Emmitsburg, Maryland on November 4 through November 9, 2018 to attend Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) training for the Master Exercise Practitioner Program, discussing exercise standards. This is part one of two trips to Maryland. Most costs are being covered by FEMA. The approximate cost to the County for this trip is $75.00.

This is proprietary software.
C. TE-P-0250-18 Recommendation for the approval of a contract purchase order to IBM Corporation for the purchase of program product software licenses for IBM z/OS and software support and maintenance for the BC12 z System Server, for Information Technology. This contract covers the period of December 1, 2018 through November 30, 2019, for a total contract amount of $111,171.72. Exempt from bidding per DuPage County Purchasing Ordinance, Article 4-102(5) (Sole Source), as this is proprietary software.
D. TE-P-0251-18 Recommendation for the approval of a contract purchase order to SWC Technology Partners, Inc., for the annual software maintenance for FireEye Security software for the period of October 8, 2018 through December 9, 2019, for Information Technology, for a total contract amount of $109,916.00, per Government Services Administration (GSA) Schedule 70 pricing.
