Bensenville School District 2 issued the following announcement on May 26.
The Bensenville Chamber of Commerce in conjunction with the Village of Bensenville is providing an opportunity for incorporated Bensenville residents to receive a free car seat!
You must register in advance for a free car seat. Deadline to register is June 15th or while supplies last.
To register, please call 630-594-1010, or stop by Village Hall and ask for Steve Skurski.
Car seats will be available for children weighing 5 pounds to 40 pounds. To ensure they are installed correctly, professionals will be on site to provide direction while you are installing your car seat.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Call and register prior to pickup day in order to receive a car seat. Deadline to register is June 15th or while supplies last.
- Must be an incorporated Bensenville resident and provide proof of residency on pick-up day (water bill or identification card with Bensenville address).
- Must have child on site.
- One seat per family.
