7:30 am meeting was called to order by Chair James Zay at 7:33 am.

3. Public Comment - Public Comment Is Limited To Three Minutes Per Person
Mrs. Rugg, incorporated Itasca, Illinois, addressed the Committee regarding flooding to a Senior Citizen Housing Complex in her neighborhood. Chair Zay informed her that staff would meet with her after the meeting.
Kay McKeen with SCARCE updated the Committee on the organization's activities. Chair Zay thanked Ms. McKeen for all of her hard work.
Member Grant arrived at 7:36 AM.
