Warrenville Public Works Department issued the following announcement on May 3.
Join the City of Warrenville Public Works Department, in conjunction with National Public Works Week, for an open house on Wednesday, May 23 from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
This FREE, kid friendly event will give attendees the opportunity to learn about the inner-workings of a Public Works Department. Free food and promotional items will be given away at the event. Activities will include:
-Water Main demonstration
-Explore various pieces of equipment
-River model demonstration
-Sanitary inspection demonstration
-Fire Hydrant model
